Learn how to find the houses and get started looking for your 1st investment. This is a tedious process but, also the most important part of the process. We teach you everything on how to find the perfect investment.

Investigate the deal with your REC partner. R.E.C. will teach, train and partner with you to determine all costs, including renovation costs, holding costs, closing & resale costs, time to complete the project and what the max price we can pay for the house is.
STEP 5
Fund the deal. We have options for everyone. You can choose to fund the deal in cash or we can find you the funding through hard-money, private money and lines of credit. Your REC partner will discuss the different options with you to determine which suits you the best.
STEP 6
The renovation begins! REC will be there to guide you on how to schedule the contractors, lay out scope of work, plan design options, handle the problem solving and more.
STEP 7
Time to list the house and get it sold! We use our trusted agents with REC Realty to list all houses, to ensure we maximize our profits and get the house sold as fast as possible.
