We have an incentive program just for you! We understand that you are constantly searching the MLS, driving around different neighborhoods, networking with homeowners, investors and wholesalers. This usually generates an opportunity for you to stumble across properties that are perfect for our investment program.
With that in mind, we have created an incentive for all Realtors. If you find a property that meets our criteria (listed below) then not only can you broker the purchase for us and receive the MLS offered real estate commission being offered by the seller, in addition, we will pay you up to an additional $5,000 commission as a finders fee for bringing that deal to our attention. It’s simple, if you find an off market or even an on market deal, simply submit it using the form below and we will review the deal. If the numbers work, we will schedule a showing to view the home and crunch all numbers. Then we will work with you to make an offer on the property. If our offer gets accepted, you will receive an additional $5,000 at closing, beyond your commission paid by the seller.
In our industry, finding properties can be one of the hardest tasks for us. So, it makes sense for us to work with experienced agents, like yourselves, that understand how to search for these properties. REC Criteria:
- Minimum 2/1
- Minimum 1,000sf
- Resale neighborhoods of $250,000 and higher
- Condition – The uglier, the better. Move-in condition is too pretty for us!
- No houses situated on main roads
- House must have a back yard
- Preferably block homes but, will consider frame houses, if it is a ‘slam dunk” deal
- Price doesn’t matter but, does have to be below market value
- Single Family Homes, Condos, Townhomes, Villa, Vacant Land, Multi-Family & Commercial.
